Collect requirements & source venues
We collect your requirements for the upcoming event. We look at the goals you want to achieve and past projects your have organised.
Based on this additional information, we will to narrow down on the requirementslist even further.

As we are in contact with all hotels and venues in The Netherlands, we are able to source for quotations faster than anybody else.

Present options,
negotiate & contract
We will send you a quotation with all options. You can download all text and pictures of the presentation in a Microsoft Word document. The costing you can download as a Microsoft Excel document.

We will negotiate with the venue and contract it. Of course we will gladly invite you for a site inspection before and/or after signing.

Make it happen!
Now we will start with the operational preparation of the event. Checking the roominglist, BEO's, runtime schedules etc.
If you allow it, we will be present ourselves to oversee the event.
This is where the requirements mentioned in the beginning, where you have set out with a goal, comes together with the event execution.
